Our story began in 1969, rooted in the trading of steel scrap — a modest beginning driven by a strong work ethic, deep industry insight, and a vision for long-term growth. Over the years, we steadily expanded, venturing into the trading and importing of seamless steel pipes and bright bars in various grades, serving the evolving needs of India’s industrial landscape.
In 2020, we took a bold step forward and entered into the manufacturing of bright bars, adding in-house production capabilities to our expertise. Since then, there’s been no looking back. Backed by advanced infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and a relentless focus on quality, we have grown into a reliable partner for precision-engineered steel solutions.

ABOUT US
We have been one of the first movers in the steel business. Our primary focus has been trading in the international market of seamless Pipes and Tubes for over 50 years.
Our manufacturing unit is strategically situated in the heart of the biggest steel market of Asia- Kalamboli. The close proximity of this unit to Nhava Sheva – JNPT Port gives immense benefit to our overseas clientele.
THE FOUNDER
Mr. Pradeep Sureka brings over four decades of experience in the steel industry, marked by his passion for enterprise, excellence, and integrity. Since beginning his journey in 1979, he has guided the company’s growth from a trading firm to a leading manufacturer and importer of specialized steel products. Known for his business acumen and commitment to quality, he has earned lasting trust across the industry. Beyond business, he actively supports education, rural development, and healthcare through various philanthropic initiatives.
OUR TEAM
Mr. Nikhil Sureka brings global insight and dynamic leadership to the company. A Master’s graduate in International Business from the University of Leeds (UK), he joined the family business in 2011 and played a key role in expanding global imports of seamless pipes and bright bars. In 2020, he led the company’s strategic shift to in-house manufacturing of bright steel bars, driving innovation, quality, and trust among OEMs and industries across India.
